TFS offer a range of services to all commercial clients; we work nationally from our Middlesbrough offices on jobs of all sizes including hospitals, council buildings and large scale construction sites. We have third party accreditation for the design, installation, commission, verification and maintenance of fire alarms, emergency lighting, intruder alarms, access control and CCTV systems. We also offer a 24/7, 365 days a year service for all clients for call outs and any necessary reactive maintenance and support.
FIRE SAFETY
All of our installation projects meet the highest of standards from start to finish. We will attend site to determine the best possible procedure for the project. All work we undertake will always meet the BAFE SP203-1 requirements.
Over the years we have installed systems all over the UK and have been involved in overseas projects. We have also worked with many public and private organisations such as; hospitals, large retail outlets, shopping centres, schools, military bases, student accommodation and leisure centres.
All of our engineers are fully qualified and have vast experience on working with the majority of systems so you can rest safe in the knowledge that when attending fault calls the TFS engineer will be able to capably solve any issues with a first time fix.

FIREscape Emergency Lights have been revolutionary in the industry. FIREscape is a unique, highly cost effective and environmentally friendly emergency lighting system that incorporates the latest in LED and battery technologies.
Designed, manufactured and tested in the UK, the system is based around an emergency lighting control panel with battery back-up and features addressable, self-contained luminaires and signage interconnected via traditional extra low-voltage cabling.
